What You'll Do

As an HVAC Service Technician Trainee, you'll work alongside experienced professionals while developing the technical skills and confidence needed to service residential heating and cooling systems.

• •Participate in structured, hands-on training to learn HVAC fundamentals, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
• •Shadow and learn from experienced HVAC Service Technicians in the field.
• •Assist with diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing residential heating and cooling systems under supervision.
• •Learn how to use HVAC tools, equipment, and diagnostic technology.
• •Develop strong customer service and communication skills while interacting with homeowners.
• •Follow company safety procedures, industry standards, and best practices.
• •Work toward earning industry certifications and developing the skills needed to become an independent HVAC Service Technician.

Requirements

What We're Looking For
