Role Overview

You’ll manage activity across search, social, display, remarketing, lead generation, Performance Max and shopping campaigns, with a strong understanding of product feeds, Merchant Center, feed optimization and ecommerce performance.
You’ll be focused on driving measurable results, but just as importantly, working collaboratively with the wider team to deliver joined-up, commercially effective campaigns that align with wider marketing strategies.
If you’re someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, understands both the technical and strategic sides of paid media, and wants to play a key role in shaping the future of performance marketing within an agency, this could be your next step.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own paid media strategy and delivery across a portfolio of client accounts, typically 10-15.
- Plan, build, manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant paid media platforms.
- Manage a mix of campaign types, including search, paid social, display, remarketing, lead generation, Performance Max, shopping and ecommerce campaigns.
- Oversee Google Merchant Center, product feeds and shopping campaign performance, ensuring feeds are accurate, optimised and aligned with campaign objectives.
- Identify and implement feed optimisation opportunities, including product titles, descriptions, categories, custom labels, pricing, availability, product imagery and promotional messaging.
- Work with internal teams, clients and external partners where needed to resolve feed issues, product disapprovals, tracking errors and product visibility challenges.
- Manage budgets, monitor performance, and continuously test and refine campaigns to improve results, efficiency and scalability.
- Produce accurate, insight-led reporting, contributing to multi-channel reports with clear context, recommendations and next steps.
- Join strategy and key reporting calls, confidently presenting paid media performance and acting as a trusted voice in client conversations.
- Work closely with SEO, PR, email, web and creative teams to ensure paid media activity aligns with wider marketing strategies.
- Brief creative requirements clearly, using performance data to guide messaging, formats, hooks and asset testing.
- Maintain strong organisation across accounts, ensuring naming conventions, tracking, account structure and documentation are consistent and clear.
- Proactively communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities, keeping both internal teams and clients informed.
- Support new business activity where required, including audits, forecasting, recommendations and paid media strategy input.
