Key Responsibilities:

• •Prepare surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, and priming as necessary.
• •Repair drywall as needed.
• •Apply paint, stain, and coatings using rollers, brushes, and spray equipment
• •Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and work areas.
• •Follow all safety procedures and company standards while on-site.
• •Travel to multiple store locations across our network of convenience store locations throughout the local footprint of Nouria based on the maintenance schedule.
• •Communicate with store managers and facility coordinators to ensure minimal disruption to store operations.
• •Complete all assigned work orders timely and accurately.

Requirements:

• •3+ years of painting experience (residential, commercial, or retail environments).
• •Sharp eye for detail
• •Proficient with technical skills
• •Proficient with brush, roller, and spray-painting techniques.
• •Skilled in surface preparation and high-detail finish work, including drywall repair and cutting in.
• •Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• •Reliable transportation/ willingness to travel throughout our New England footprint
• •Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
• •Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and work on ladders as needed.
• •High school diploma or equivalent; trade certifications a plus.
