Aufgaben eines/ einer Hospizdienstkoordinator/in:

  • psychosoziale und palliative Beratung von schwerkranken und sterbenden Menschen und deren Angehörigen,
  • Koordination der Begleitungen
  • Gewinnung, Schulung und Anleitung von ehrenamtlichen Hospizhelfer/innen
  • geschäftsführende Tätigkeiten, z.B. Beantragung von Fördermitteln und weitere

administrative Tätigkeiten

organisatorische und konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung; Qualitätssicherung ,

Welche Anforderungen müssen dazu erfüllt werden:

  • Studienabschluss in Sozialpädagogik/-sozialarbeit oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege gemäß § 39a Abs. 2 SGB V
  • abgeschlossene Weiterbildung „Palliative Care“, sowie „Koordination“ und „Führungskompetenz“, bzw. die Bereitschaft diese schnellstmöglich zu absolvieren
  • Arbeit im Team, Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeit
  • Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B
