  • überkonfessionellen Umfeld. Fachbereich: SAPV Arbeitszeit: Teilzeit
  • (30 Std.), unbefristet Start: 01.11.2026 In unserer spezialisierten
  • ambulanten Palliativversorgung (SAPV) beraten und begleiten wir
  • Menschen mit fortgeschrittenen Erkrankungen und komplexen Symptomen.
  • Gemeinsam mit Ärzt*innen, Pflegekräften und Sozialarbeiter*innen
  • arbeiten Sie eng mit Hausärzt*innen und Fachdiensten zusammen. Ihre
  • Aufgaben: - Betreuung schwerkranker Menschen und Angehöriger zu Hause
  • Beratung zu Schmerz-, Symptombehandlung und Pflege -
  • Angehörigenschulung im Umgang mit Notfällen - Rufbereitschaft und
  • Krisenintervention - Psychosoziale Unterstützung - Würdevolle,
  • individuelle Versorgung sicherstellen - Unterrichts- und
  • Vortragstätigkeiten Ihr Profil: - Pflegefachkraft-Ausbildung (m/w/d)
  • Erfahrung in Palliative Care/Onkologie wünschenswert -
  • Palliative-Care-Weiterbildung oder Bereitschaft dazu - Teamfähigkeit
  • und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten - Soziale Kompetenz und
  • Kommunikationsstärke - Führerschein Klasse B Wir bieten: -
