  • Snow & Weather Management: Assist with snow removal and clearing walkways as needed to help maintain safe conditions throughout the winter season.
  • Parking Compliance: Monitor parking areas and communicate parking guidelines to help ensure spaces are used appropriately.
  • Guest Experience: Welcome members and guests, provide directions, answer questions, and offer friendly, helpful assistance throughout their visit.
  • Safety & Cleanliness: Monitor parking areas for potential hazards, maintain a clean and orderly environment, and promptly report any safety concerns.
  • Team Support: Pitch in wherever needed to support property operations and create a seamless guest experience.
  • Gravity Haus Ambassador: Bring our values to life by creating powerful moments, bringing others along, and helping build a community that connects people to the outdoors.

  • Ability to stay organized, use good judgment, and remain calm during busy periods and changing weather conditions.
  • Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently while contributing to a team.
  • Ability to work outdoors in cold temperatures, snow, wind, and other mountain weather conditions.
  • Flexibility to work a seasonal schedule that may include weekends, holidays, early mornings, and peak periods.
