*Aufgabengebiet: *

Verantwortung für alle Aspekte des Entwicklungsprogramm einschließlich Zeitpläne, Kosten, Werkzeugbeschaffung und Projektmanagement inkl. Kommunikation mit den Betriebsabteilungen und den Kunden
Entwicklung und Validierung von Bauteilen im Feingussverfahren (sowohl metallurgischer als auch dimensioneller Aspekt)
Technischer Key Account für die Kunden
Erstellung und Prüfung von teilespezifischen Prüf- und Arbeitsanweisungen
Schnittstelle zu den Betriebs- und Qualitätsabteilungen, um eine reibungslose Einführung neuer Teile zu gewährleisten
Unterstützung der Betriebsabteilungen nach Übergabe der Bauteile in die Vorserie- und Serienfertigung
Verfolgung des Anteils von Ausschuss sowie Nacharbeit und Einführung erforderlicher Verbesserungspläne und -maßnahmen nach Bedarf nach dem Lean Six Sigma Prinzip
Unterstützung genereller Ausschussreduzierungsprogramme in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Process-Engineering
Einhaltung der Standardarbeitsverfahren
Feedback und Berichte zur Durchführung von Projekten
Übernahme von Sonderaufgaben

*Anforderungsprofil: *

Dipl.-Ing. oder Master Sc. TH / FH in Maschinenbau oder Gießereitechnik
Produktionserfahrung vorteilhaft, idealerweise im Bereiche Feinguss oder in der Herstellung/Verarbeitung von Ni-Basis Superlegierungen
Erfahrungen in den gängigen MS Anwendungen werden vorausgesetzt
Erfahrungen mit statistischen Tools (statistische Prozesslenkung, Minitab, Pivot) von Vorteil
Teamfähig, kommunikativ und dynamisch
Analytisches und strukturiertes Arbeiten / hohe Detailgenauigkeit und Kombinationsfähigkeit
Durchsetzungsvermögen und Stressresistenz
Gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (verhandlungssicher)
Sicheres Auftreten beim Kunden
