What You'll Do

As an RBT at Spark Learning, you'll work directly with children and families to help create meaningful progress through play, connection, and evidence-based intervention.

Responsibilities include:

• •Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
• •Deliver engaging, play-based, and child-led therapy sessions.
• •Teach communication, social, adaptive, daily living, and behavioral skills.
• •Collect accurate and timely session data.
• •Support behavior reduction and skill acquisition goals using evidence-based strategies.
• •Build positive relationships with clients and families.
• •Collaborate with BCBAs, speech therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members.
• •Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
• •Help create a fun, supportive, and motivating environment where children can thrive.
