Responsibilities

Cleaning Services Execution:

• •Perform a variety of cleaning tasks at client sites, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing, in accordance with company standards and client requirements.
• •Use the appropriate cleaning tools, equipment, and chemicals to ensure efficient and effective cleaning outcomes.
• •Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail while executing cleaning tasks to achieve impeccable cleanliness and presentation of client spaces.

Quality Control:

• •Regularly inspect and evaluate the quality of cleaning services provided to ensure they meet or exceed company standards and client expectations.
• •Implement corrective actions and improvements as needed to maintain high service quality.

Customer Interaction and Satisfaction:

• •Interact professionally and courteously with clients, understanding their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
• •Seek feedback from clients and proactively address any concerns, ensuring their utmost satisfaction with our services.

Health and Safety Compliance:

• •Adhere to health and safety guidelines and protocols during cleaning tasks to create a safe environment for both clients and fellow team members.
• •Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents or hazards.

Requirements

• •Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• •Must have driver's license
• •Previous housekeeping, commercial cleaning, custodian, janitorial, or environmental service technician experience preferred but not required
