Part-time Contract Recruiter202

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team on a contract, part-time basis. This is a great opportunity for a recruiting professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced corporate environment.

Schedule: Preferred availability would be Monday – Friday, approximately 25 to 30 hours per week
Location: America’s Auto Auction (Corporate Office) – 10401 N Meridian St #400, Carmel, IN 46290 (On-site)
Employment Type: 1099 Contract

Pay: Top hourly pay, based on experience

Responsibilities of Part-time Contract Recruiter

Partner with hiring managers to understand current and upcoming staffing needs
Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates
Manage candidate communication and provide a positive candidate experience
Coordinate interviews and assist with other recruiting activities as needed
Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting information throughout the hiring process
Administer recruiting workflows and candidate activity in Paylocity Recruiting

Requirements

Requirements for Part-time Contract Recruiter

2+ years of recruiting experience
Auction, automotive, or related industry experience is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities effectively
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
A proactive, professional approach and the ability to work independently
ATS experience required; Paylocity Recruiting is a plus
