Part-Time Finance Associate - Tax

Pay from $25 to $27 per hour

Looking for a part-time opportunity that fits your schedule? Join Uline as a Part-Time Finance Associate, where you'll gain hands-on experience supporting tax operations, working with customers and developing valuable Finance skills. Whether you're a college student building business experience, returning to the workforce or seeking a flexible opportunity, Uline offers the training and support to help you succeed.

Part-Time Hours: 15 - 20 hours per week.

Required Availability: Monday - Thursday, between 10 AM - 6 PM

Position Responsibilities

  • Review and maintain sales tax exemption certificates to ensure accurate customer tax records.
  • Guide customers through tax certificate requirements and help resolve missing or incomplete documentation.
  • Collaborate with Finance team members to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure efficient operations.
  • Calculate and process sales tax credits.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant coursework or Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
  • Prior customer service, finance, banking or retail experience is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
