Are you a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Licensed Vocational Nurse who takes pride in providing exceptional resident care? We are looking for an enthusiastic LVN to join our nursing team part-time for our NOC shift (10:30 PM – 7:00 AM) !

Our NOC nurses play an essential role in providing safe, compassionate care throughout the night. From supporting rehabilitation to meeting ongoing nursing needs, we help residents recover, regain independence, and improve their quality of life. What You'll Do

As a an LVN on our NOC shift, you will provide quality nursing care while helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for our residents.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide compassionate resident care: Administer medications and treatments as ordered, monitor residents' conditions, and respond promptly to changes in health or behavior.
  • Lead and support the nursing team: Supervise and guide CNAs, coordinate assignments, and promote teamwork throughout the shift.
  • Monitor resident safety: Conduct routine rounds, ensure residents' needs are met, and follow individualized care plans and established safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate documentation: Complete nursing notes, medication records, incident reports, and other required clinical documentation.
  • Communicate effectively: Give and receive shift reports and promptly notify the appropriate healthcare professionals and supervisors of changes in resident condition or other concerns.
  • Promote quality care: Follow facility policies, infection prevention practices, and applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Support a positive environment: Treat residents, families, and coworkers with dignity, respect, patience, and professionalism.

What We're Looking For

  • Current, active, and unencumbered California LVN license.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Graduation from an approved LVN program.
  • Knowledge of nursing practices, medication administration, documentation, and resident care standards.
  • Strong communication, organization, critical-thinking, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the nursing team.
  • A dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused approach to care.
  • PCC (PointClickCare) experience preferred.
