What You’ll Do:

• •Oversee nursing assistants to ensure excellent care.
• •Administer medications and treatments accurately.
• •Manage resident admissions, transfers, and discharges .
• •Monitor and ensure safety, compliance, and infection control procedures.
• •Maintain accurate documentation and care plans.
• •Provide guidance, training, and support to nursing staff.

What You Need:

• ✔ Active LPN License (in good standing in the state of KS)
• ✔ CPR Certification required
• ✔ Long-term care experience preferred
• ✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
• ✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
