Part Time Maintenance Facilities Assistant

Role Summary-

The Facilities & Operations Assistant supports the daily maintenance, functionality, and safety of company facilities and property. This role supports facility-related requests and helps to ensure a clean and well-maintained environment. This is a part-time position onsite in Los Angeles.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Current duties may be changed if the job requires and/or additional duties may be assigned if necessary

Assist with the day-to-day maintenance and operation of company facilities.

Submit, track, and follow up on maintenance work orders to ensure timely resolution.

Coordinates repairs, preventive maintenance, service requests, and facility projects.

Conducts routine facility inspections to identify maintenance, safety, and operational concerns.

Supports facility moves, reconfigurations, and workspace set up activities.

Supports with vendor and contractor management while on site.

Maintains accurate facilities documentation and logs records.

Maintains storage areas and ensure facilities equipment and supplies are organized and accessible.

Education, Experience, & Skills Required-

1-3 years’ work experience in a facility related role.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience coordinating and working with vendors and service providers.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of workplace safety practices and facility maintenance processes preferred.

Pay Range

$24 — $26 USD
