We are currently seeking kind and compassionate Certified Residential Medication Aides (CRMA) to join our Legacy Memory Care team on a part-time, overnight basis.

• Position Summary
• The CRMA provides high-quality personal care and medication administration while promoting resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being. This role supports exceptional customer service for residents, families, and team members and works collaboratively with nursing leadership to ensure compliance with care plans and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Key Responsibilities
• Administer medications according to State and Federal regulations, physician orders, and resident condition
• Monitor residents’ responses to medications and report adverse effects to the Charge Nurse or Nurse Manager
• Document medication administration per company policy
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as outlined in individual care plans
• Encourage participation in life enrichment programs
• Observe and promptly report changes in resident condition or safety concerns
• Complete all shift assignments and required documentation
• Communicate effectively during shift changes to ensure continuity of care
• Adhere to all company rules, safety protocols, policies, and procedures
• Promote a positive, collaborative team environment

Requirements

• Experience
• Minimum of one year of similar experience providing direct care in a comparable setting required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities

Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment in challenging situations

• Education
• High School Diploma or GED required

• Certifications & Licenses
• Current 40-hour Certification as a Certified Residential Medication Aide required
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain within six months of hire
• CNA or PSS certification preferred

• Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 7 hours per day)
• Ability to walk, bend, lift, and assist residents as needed
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and carry up to 20 pounds

• Additional Information
• Part-time, overnight schedule
• Mandatory overtime may be required to meet unexpected needs
• Holiday availability may be requested based on staffing needs

• Compensation
• $20.00 – $22.00 per hour depending on experience
• +$1.00 per hour weekend shift differential
• +$2.00 per hour evening shift differential
• +$4.00 per hour overnight shift differential
• +$3.00 per hour every weekend shift differential
