Your Role: Own the Challenge

As a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the site. You will provide professional support to the local management team, employees, and visitors while helping ensure smooth and efficient operations in a part-time role of 16 hours per week .

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors, manage reception activities, and oversee visitor check-in procedures.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and various administrative activities.
  • Prepare, review, and format reports, presentations, communications, and other business documents.
  • Maintain records, databases, filing systems, and archives.
  • Provide administrative support to the team and ensure coverage during absences and peak work periods.

Qualifications

  • College certificate (AEC) or equivalent experience in an administrative support role.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong customer service orientation, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
  • French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis.
