Part time/Remote Recruiter - 20 hours per week

Do you love connecting talented people with exciting opportunities? We’re looking for a Recruiter who brings energy, creativity, and strong relationship-building skills to help us attract the skilled talent that keeps our operations moving.

As a Recruiter, you’ll manage the hiring process, partner with leaders across the organization, and create a great experience for candidates from first conversation until hire.

What You’ll Do

• •Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and create effective recruiting strategies.
• •Source talent through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, community outreach, and events.
• •Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain a strong pipeline for manufacturing, skilled labor, or other roles as assigned.
• •Build relationships with candidates while providing timely, professional communication.
• •Represent our company at career fairs, workforce events, and community programs.
• •Contribute to continuous improvement processes to enhance the candidate experience.
• •Ensure recruiting practices align with company policies and EEO standards.

What You Bring

• •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• •2+ years of recruiting or HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or higher-volume recruiting.
• •Experience with sourcing tools, ATS systems, and recruiting best practices.
• •Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• •Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• •A proactive mindset and passion for finding the right people for the right opportunities.
