As our Recruiter – Manufacturing , you will play a critical role in fueling the growth of The Gund Company by attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across multiple locations. This position reports directly to the HRBP and serves as a key partner to business leaders, hiring managers, and HR teams throughout the organization.

Who You Are
- You're an energetic recruiter who enjoys the pace, challenge, and variety of manufacturing hiring.
- You build trust quickly with candidates, hiring managers, business leaders, and community partners.
- You're organized enough to manage 30 or more open requisitions without losing sight of quality or the candidate experience.
- You're a creative sourcer who knows how to engage both active and passive talent in competitive labor markets.
- You use data and insights to improve recruiting outcomes and guide decision-making.
- You bring a collaborative, consultative approach and enjoy influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- You're motivated by growth and excited about the opportunity to help shape the future of a global manufacturing organization.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- At least 5-7 years of high-volume recruiting experience , including success in manufacturing, distribution, operations, warehouse, skilled trades, customer service, or professional hiring.
- Experience managing 30 or more concurrent requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong full-cycle recruiting skills, from intake and sourcing through interviewing, selection, offer, and follow-up.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.
- Sound knowledge of employment laws, recruiting compliance, and hiring best practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word.
- Ability to travel periodically for hiring events, career fairs, and business meetings.

- Thoughtful candidate screening, assessment, and hiring recommendations.
- Clear, timely communication that creates a positive experience for every candidate and hiring team.
- Strong community presence through job fairs, workforce development programs, schools, and local partnerships.
- Accurate ATS records and practical recruiting insights using time-to-fill, requisition aging, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, quality-of-hire, retention, and candidate-experience data.
- A commitment to equitable, compliant hiring practices and continuous improvement.
