About the Role

As a Part-Time Member Service Rep , you’ll be the face of Jolt for our members – greeting them with a smile, helping them navigate financial transactions, and recommending banking and lending options that improve their financial well-being.

You’ll work between 24-28 hours a week, including some Saturdays from 8:30am-12:30pm. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people and delivering top-notch service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• •Deliver service to both members and coworkers that is in alignment with our Service Promise: "Giving it All We've Got, Every Day and Everywhere"
• •Credit union product promotion and recommendations
• •Verifying cash in drawer at beginning and end of day
• •Processing deposits, loan payments, VISA payments, and other types of payments
• •Disbursing account withdrawals and cashing checks
• •Process other teller transactions relative to accounts, credit cards, loans, etc.
• •Issuing Cashier's checks
• •Cashing U.S. Savings Bonds
• •Responding to member inquiries (interest rates, account balances, etc.)
• •Assisting with balancing branch, vault, ATM, etc.
• •Protecting the credit union from fraud

What You Bring to the Team

• •Prior experience in customer service is a must (cash handling, teller, or sales experience a bonus!)
• •Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• •High attention to detail and a knack for accuracy
• •Confidence, patience, and a positive attitude
• •Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet during shifts
• •A passion for helping others and being part of a team
