Part-Time Virtual Care Veterinary Technician - Teletriage

We believe in bringing humanity back to veterinary medicine, and we’re looking for a passionate, compassionate, and skilled Credentialed Veterinary Technician (referred to internally as Veterinary Nurse) to join our growing Virtual Care team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Engage with members via chat, phone, and video, providing support and education on their pets’ health and well-being

Triage cases based on veterinary knowledge, offering recommendations and ensuring accurate information

Review medical records to understand patient history and provide informed guidance

Document clearly and accurately in patient records using veterinary terminology

Verify and process prescriptions , ensuring appropriate follow-up for client requests

Deliver top-tier client care with empathy and warmth, whether over chat, phone, or video

Follow protocols , maintaining consistency while adjusting to each unique case

Collaborate cross-functionally , providing feedback to improve processes and systems

Comfortable sitting and standing at a computer for extended periods

Starting at $23.00 per hour (final compensation will be based on experience, skills, and location)

The pay range for this position is listed below; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and equity grant units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. This information is provided per the California Pay Transparency Act. Base pay information is based on geographic location.

Hourly Range

$23 — $26 USD
