Meet the team

Help shape the future of Cisco’s partner business in Switzerland!

We are looking for a highly motivated, creative colleague who wants to transform the market with us. You will bring new ideas, challenge established approaches, and help our partners respond to changing customer needs across networking, cybersecurity, cloud, collaboration and AI.

You will join a team of Partner Account Executives within Cisco Switzerland, working with channel partners, distributors, and managed service providers to serve enterprise and commercial customers. We share knowledge openly, work across borders, and support one another. Our team values different perspectives and offers a flexible hybrid working environment where you can contribute, learn, and take ownership.

Your impact

You will help partners grow their business with Cisco by connecting market opportunities with practical plans and measurable results.

  • Build joint sales relationships with channel partners and distributors across Switzerland to expand our market presence and grow revenue.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with partner leaders, aligning their commercial and technical capabilities with Cisco’s software, networking, cloud, and security portfolio.
  • Create sales enablement programmes and joint go-to-market initiatives that help partners reach customers and build profitable managed service businesses.
  • Use sales data and market insights to identify opportunities, prioritise activities, and track progress.
  • Work with systems engineers, regional commercial sales teams, and Nordics leadership to move opportunities forward and deliver on customer priorities.

Minimum qualifications

  • Currently based in Switzerland and authorised to work there.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related technology field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least four years of sales experience in IT channel account management, partner development, or technology distribution in Switzerland.
  • Experience achieving or exceeding sales targets in direct or indirect commercial technology sales.
  • Fluency in spoken and written German and English.
  • Strong skills in data analysis and advanced spreadsheet modelling, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data preparation, with the ability to turn findings into informed business decisions.

Preferred qualifications

  • Established working relationships within the Swiss IT channel.
  • Five or more years of technology sales experience across enterprise networking, cybersecurity, cloud, or collaboration.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with colleagues and partners across different roles, backgrounds, and perspectives.
  • Experience developing joint business plans, improving partner profitability, and managing partner specialisation programmes.
  • Business and sales judgement, including the ability to assess opportunities and balance revenue growth with profitability.
  • Familiarity with software subscriptions, SaaS consumption models, and recurring revenue.
