Partner Manager

At Alpine Formula One Team, every partnership plays a vital role in driving performance on and off the track. We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Partner Manager to join our Commercial team, helping some of the world's leading brands maximise the value of their partnership with the team. Based at our Enstone headquarters, you'll work at the heart of Formula 1, delivering exceptional partner experiences and creating innovative activations across a global sporting platform.

As Partner Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key partners across lifestyle and consumer sectors, ensuring they achieve maximum value from their investment with Alpine Formula One Team. You'll build strong, trusted relationships, lead the delivery of partnership rights and activations, and work closely with colleagues across the business to create memorable and impactful campaigns.

This is a fast-paced role requiring strong commercial acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a passion for delivering world-class partnership programmes.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Partner Manager, you will:

  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with partners, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Ensure contractual rights and benefits are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Develop creative partnership activations that enhance partner value and engagement.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and increased commercial return.
  • Monitor partnership performance through agreed KPIs and provide regular reporting and insights.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Hospitality, Fan Engagement, Communications and Creative teams to deliver seamless partner experiences.
  • Manage partnership budgets effectively, ensuring strong return on investment.
  • Stay informed on motorsport, sponsorship and industry trends to identify new opportunities and best practice.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines strong relationship-building skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous Partner Management experience within Formula 1 or another high-profile sports environment.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and delivering complex partnership programmes.
  • Strong negotiation and commercial awareness skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment.
  • Experience working with international brands and culturally diverse stakeholders.
  • A genuine interest in Formula 1, engineering developments and regulatory changes.
  • Additional language skills (particularly French or Spanish) would be an advantage

About You

You're a proactive and commercially minded professional who enjoys finding creative solutions and bringing new ideas to life. You combine strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and relationship management skills, enabling you to navigate challenges effectively while maintaining a high standard of delivery. Adaptable and resilient, you thrive in fast-paced environments, work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders, and take a team-first approach to achieving shared goals. You're also comfortable travelling as required throughout the Formula 1 season, embracing the opportunities and demands of a global sporting environment.

Why Join Us?

This is an opportunity to work within a world-class sporting environment, partnering with globally recognised brands and helping shape the future of some of the most innovative commercial partnerships in sport. You'll be part of a collaborative, ambitious team where your expertise, leadership and ideas will make a tangible impact.

What We Offer You In Return

At Alpine F1 Team, you will work alongside some of the leading professionals in Formula 1, supporting the commercial growth of the team while benefiting from our state-of-the-art facilities. We offer a competitive salary and championship bonus scheme, private medical healthcare, access to a free on-site gym and restaurant, as well as many additional benefits. The pace and innovation of Formula 1 provide exceptional career development opportunities within a collaborative and inclusive environment. Applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
