Amazon Fuse team is looking for a driven and talented Partner Growth Manager to support growth for Amazon's subscription services (Prime, Prime Video, Amazon Music, Kindle Unlimited, and more) through 3P partners in Southeast Asia and AU/NZ.

This is an execution-oriented, partner-facing, and data-driven growth role focused on driving customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through partner-led initiatives. The role involves managing day-to-day relationships with assigned partners, delivering measurable performance through integrated go-to-market (GTM) campaigns, data-led insights, and scalable marketing programs.

You will work closely with Business Development, Central Marketing and Partner Growth, Product, Lifecycle Management, and Finance teams to execute impactful campaigns that strengthen partner engagement and grow Amazon's customer base.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail-oriented marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments, can translate data into actionable insights, and is eager to develop expertise in strategic partnerships and growth marketing.

  • Key job responsibilities
  • Own partner marketing plans and campaigns: Build and manage campaign plans for assigned partners, aligning objectives, audiences, channels, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate execution from brief and readiness through launch, optimization, and post-campaign review..
  • Deliver measurable growth: Develop and execute initiatives that improve offer awareness, adoption, customer engagement, and revenue across partner offers and customer segments. Monitor performance against goals, identify opportunities or risks, and adjust campaign tactics to improve outcomes..
  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) execution: Bring Amazon service benefits to life through compelling partner marketing programs. Use Prime benefits, Prime Video content, seasonal moments such as Prime Day, and major launches to create timely, relevant campaigns across partner channels..
  • Build strong partner relationships: Serve as a day-to-day marketing contact for assigned partners. Establish clear plans and expectations, share performance insights, resolve execution challenges, and build alignment around growth opportunities..
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery: Bring together Business Development, Finance, Technology, Product, and other stakeholders to deliver partner commitments. Clarify dependencies, surface risks early, and keep decisions and deliverables on track..
  • Use data to guide decisions: Track campaign and offer performance, assess results across audiences and channels, and translate findings into clear recommendations. Share learnings with partners and internal teams to inform future plans and improve performance..
  • Improve marketing operations: Identify opportunities to make campaign execution, reporting, and partner workflows more effective. Contribute to regional and global initiatives involving marketing automation, data quality, reporting, and process improvement..
  • Communicate results and progress: Prepare clear, insight-led materials for quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and leadership updates. Summarize performance, explain key drivers, highlight risks, and recommend next steps..

Basic qualifications

  • - 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, distribution partnerships, channel marketing, account management, or digital marketing - ideally within subscription services, streaming/OTT, telco, or digital platforms
  • - Proven track record of growing subscriptions, revenue, or engagement through third party (3P) partner channels (telcos, ISPs, platforms, super-apps, or similar)
  • - Familiarity with partner-led growth models
  • - Experience designing partner incentives programs.
  • - Proven ability to grow revenue, adoption, or engagement through partner channels.
  • - Experience developing joint marketing plans and translating partner insights into measurable growth initiatives.

Preferred qualifications

  • - Experience in B2B2C distribution models (working with partners who bundle or resell digital subscription services)
  • - Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or equivalent
  • - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, track performance, and recommend data-informed actions.
  • - Skilled at building trusted relationships with business partners and influencing cross-functional teams through clear, effective communication.
  • - Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing large, complex programs in fast-paced, rapidly changing operational environments.
  • - Strong leadership and prioritization skills, with keen attention to detail.
