Buscamos una persona analítica, resolutiva y orientada al servicio para asumir las demandas operativas de hoteles y socios de hospedaje, acompañando cada caso hasta su resolución.

Como Partner Operations Analyst trabajarás en conjunto con Market Management para asegurar una operación confiable y una experiencia consistente para nuestros partners. Serás responsable del diagnóstico inicial y seguimiento de temas relacionados con extranet, contenido, tarifas y promociones, disponibilidad, reservas, cancelaciones, cobros y pagos.

Tu trabajo debe asegurar que los acuerdos comerciales se ejecuten correctamente y que los problemas avancen con la prioridad adecuada, liberando tiempo de los equipos comerciales para enfocarse en relación, negociación y crecimiento.
