Description
Join Howard Shockey & Sons , a trusted leader in commercial construction with a long-standing reputation for quality, integrity, and innovation. - Maintain consistent communication with clients, building management, and stakeholders.
- Maintain organized project documentation including RFIs, change management, meeting notes, and closeout documentation.
Field & Trade Coordination
- Understand and plan interior construction sequencing from mobilization through punch-out.
- Coordinate closely with field supervision to ensure proper installation sequencing.
- Verify MEP rough-ins, inspections, and above-ceiling work prior to closing walls or ceilings.
- Conduct periodic site visits to confirm field conditions and project readiness.
- Identify potential coordination issues early and proactively resolve them.
*Other duties may be assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
