Key Areas of Responsibility

Manage day-to-day vendor operations and service delivery across assigned services.

Govern SLA/KPI performance through reviews, audits, ageing analysis and action tracking.

Resolve backlogs, repeat failures and escalations through root-cause and corrective actions.

Coordinate customer updates, recovery plans, risks and operational priorities.

Lead vendor onboarding, capacity planning, compliance, renewals and transitions.

Monitor billing, cost and productivity; drive optimization without affecting service quality.

Provide dashboards and management reports on performance, trends, risks and actions.

Drive automation, continuous improvement and accountability across teams and vendors.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, supply chain or a related field.

6+ years in vendor management/service operations or third-party delivery, Preferred 1 to 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.

Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, escalations and vendor improvement plans.

Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

Postgraduate

Any qualification in operations, supply chain or business management will be added Bonus

Experience in ATM, banking technology, managed services or distributed field operations.

Knowledge of contracts, procurement, commercial controls, risk and vendor compliance.

Experience using dashboards, data analysis or automation to improve decisions and service outcomes.
