• The EPIC Partner Solutions Engineer we are looking for:
• The Partner Solutions Engineer is the technical lead on our partnerships team. You will work with our partnership leaders to win new partners, design how HFD financing fits into each partner's platform and workflow, and take each integration from first call to launch. After launch, you will help each partnership grow over the long term.

This role sits in our commercial organization and reports to the VP of Sales.

As a Partner Solutions Engineer, you will:

• •Join partner conversations early. Learn each partner's technology, workflow, and goals.
• •Design integration solutions and present them to partner leaders and technical teams.
• •Build demos and proofs of concept that show how HFD financing works inside a partner's product.
• •Answer technical, security, and compliance questions during the sales process.
• •Write clear requirements and work with HFD Product and Engineering to deliver each integration.
• •Lead integration projects through testing and launch. Train partner teams on the finished solution.
• •Monitor adoption after launch and find ways to grow each partnership.
• •Help build a repeatable playbook so each new partner launches faster than the last.

How we measure success:

You will share goals with our partnership leaders. Success means new partnerships signed, partnership programs launched, and provider enrollments that grow through each partnership over time.

Requirements

• •8+ years as a solutions architect, solutions engineer, sales engineer, or technical partner manager in SaaS, fintech, or payments
• •Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, embedded applications, and data integrations
• •A record of taking partner or client integrations from design to launch
• •The ability to explain technical solutions to executives and engineers alike
• •Strong writing, organization, and project management skills
• •A sales mindset and comfort working toward shared revenue goals
• •Ability to pay close attention to detail and be self-motivated
• •Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment
• •Beginner / Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft excel

Preferred:

• •Experience in consumer lending, patient financing, or payments
• •Experience with dental, aesthetics, or veterinary practice management software
• •Experience with financial services security and compliance reviews
• •HubSpot experience
