Main Job Duties

Craft and execute a robust lead generation roadmap, leveraging your deep industry network and expertise to drive growth

Discover and hunt for high-impact partnership openings - from local gems to global players - that resonate with our creative DNA and are in need of music and sound solutions at scale

Architect and negotiate sophisticated agreements with top-tier brands and agencies, fueling revenue across the Songtradr ecosystem while delivering maximum impact

Sync with the Head of Partnerships Europe to sharpen our commercial edge and smash company targets

Own the data by tracking and analyzing KPIs to measure the success of our latest collaborative ventures

Mine existing accounts and agency relationships for untapped potential, converting steady business into major strategic alliances

Orchestrate and lead RFI’s, RFP’s and pitches both internally and client-facing

Champion milestones and foster a vibrant, musically-infused working culture

Serve as a brand ambassador at key industry events and conferences, and elevate our partnership vision on the global stage.

Desired Skills & Experience

Proven business development or sales experience in the music management, creative SaaS solutions, or creative industries, ideally with established networks in the DACH region

Strong client relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, understand client needs, and translate them into commercial opportunities

Experience with pipeline management and using data to inform account and market strategies

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey complex creative and technical solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders

Strategic thinking and organisation pitch skills and sensitivity to cultural differences

Collaborative mindset and the ability to work closely with creative, production, and product teams in a fast-paced, international environment

Fluency in German and strong proficiency in English; additional languages from the DACH region are an advantage

Good understanding of music licensing, sonic branding, and the commercial use of music, or a strong willingness to learn these domains quickly

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Music, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Comfort with or quick to adapt to CRM tools and office software, and the ability to prepare structured proposals
