What does Access offer you?
We offer a blended approach to office working, encouraging you to collaborate and connect in one of our thriving offices. We deliver on what we say, taking the development of our people seriously. We’ll work with you to progress your success plan and provide opportunities to accelerate your career.
On top of a competitive salary, our wellbeing days taking you to 25 days leave a year and a health contribution, you’ll also be able to choose from a range of benefits to suit you. We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have three charity days allocated to support a cause that matters to you.
About you
You’re a hands-on B2B marketer who enjoys taking campaigns from idea through to execution and seeing the commercial impact they deliver. You know how to segment and target different audiences, create engaging campaigns and use performance data to understand what’s working and where to optimise.
You’re commercially minded and comfortable working with lead generation, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline and campaign KPIs. You’re also a confident communicator who can bring people with you, set clear expectations and keep activity moving across multiple stakeholders.
You may already have Partner or Channel Marketing experience, but it isn’t essential. What’s more important is that you’re used to owning campaigns, getting into the detail and turning existing content and activity into targeted communications that generate results.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Own and deliver hands-on marketing campaigns for our partner audience, from planning and segmentation through to execution and optimisation.
- Take existing campaigns, content and propositions and adapt them into engaging activity for different partner audiences.
- Work closely with Partner Managers, leading the marketing activity, setting clear expectations and ensuring plans are delivered.
- Track lead generation, MQLs, SQLs and pipeline, using campaign performance and insights to continually improve results.
- Create engaging partner communications, content, webinars, events and co-marketing activity.
- Test new approaches and channels to increase partner engagement and generate a consistent flow of new business.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Campaigns, Content and Events teams to deliver joined-up marketing activity.
Your skills and experience might include:
- Hands-on experience planning, executing and optimising B2B marketing campaigns.
- Experience segmenting and targeting audiences and adapting campaigns or content for different groups.
- A strong commercial mindset, with experience working to lead generation, MQL, SQL, pipeline and/or revenue targets.
- Confidence using campaign data and performance metrics to demonstrate results and make decisions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to lead activity and influence others.
- Experience working across multiple campaigns and stakeholders and taking ownership without needing significant direction.
- Partner Marketing or Channel Marketing experience would be beneficial, but isn’t essential.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation or partner platforms such as PartnerStack would be advantageous.
