Build something monumental for Healthcare!
At Tandem Health we’re reimagining healthcare by putting clinicians first. Our platform - designed by clinicians, for clinicians - is built on deep insight into real-world pain points, with intuitive medical notes and workflows that truly support patient care.
We’re a fast-scaling health-tech company backed by top investors and expanding globally. We move fast, stay curious, and believe building something that matters starts with an extraordinary team. If you're passionate about impact and innovation, we'd love to meet you!
About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Partnerships Lead to build and scale Tandem Health's strategic partnerships across the UK. You will play a key role in accelerating our growth by identifying and securing high-impact partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem, including NHS organisations, private healthcare providers, hospital groups and healthtech platforms.
You'll own the full partnership lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and building senior relationships through to negotiating agreements, launching partnerships and driving commercial value. Working closely with our commercial, product and leadership teams, you'll help unlock new routes to market, expand our distribution and establish Tandem as a leading AI partner to UK healthcare.
What You Will Do
Own and execute Tandem's UK partnerships strategy, identifying the relationships and channels that will have the greatest impact on our growth.
Identify and secure strategic partnerships across the UK healthcare ecosystem, including NHS organisations, private healthcare providers, hospital groups and specialist clinic networks.
Develop relationships with EHR/EMR providers, digital health platforms and complementary technology businesses to unlock new distribution and integration opportunities.
Originate and manage partnership opportunities end-to-end, from initial outreach and business development through to commercial negotiations, contracting and launch.
Develop compelling partnership propositions and commercial models that create value for both Tandem and its partners.
Drive tangible outcomes from partnerships, including revenue generation, customer acquisition, clinician adoption and market expansion.
Work closely with sales, product, project delivery, medical operations and marketing teams to ensure successful implementation and maximise the value of strategic partnerships.
Represent Tandem at industry events and conferences, building our profile and network across the UK healthcare market.
Monitor market developments and identify new opportunities to strengthen Tandem's competitive position and accelerate growth.
What You Bring
Proven experience in strategic partnerships, ideally within healthcare, healthtech or enterprise technology.
Strong understanding of the UK healthcare landscape, including NHS structures, private healthcare and the wider digital health ecosystem.
An established network of relevant industry contacts, with the ability to build credibility and influence senior decision-makers.
Demonstrable track record of originating and closing complex, high-value commercial partnerships.
Experience developing partnership strategies, identifying new routes to market and creating scalable commercial opportunities.
Strong commercial acumen, including the ability to assess opportunities, develop business cases and negotiate sustainable agreements.
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging C-suite executives and senior healthcare leaders.
Entrepreneurial mindset, high ownership and ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Collaborative approach and ability to bring together cross-functional teams to deliver results.
Genuine interest in AI, healthcare innovation and transforming how healthcare is delivered.
