ABOUT TALON.ONE:

Talon. One is the most powerful incentives engine that unifies loyalty, promotions and gamification into one holistic platform. Backed by enterprise-grade security and scalability, Talon. One empowers companies to build personalized, profitable promotions and loyalty programs using any data.

Today, over 250 of the world’s most-loved brands including Adidas, Sephora and Carlsberg work with Talon. One to drive deeper engagement and lasting loyalty with their customers.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Partnership Sales Engineer, you'll give our technology and agency partners the technical guidance they need to integrate with and build on Talon. One's Incentive engine. Instead of owning a single set of accounts, you'll help existing and new partners across the board recognize when Talon. One is the right fit for their clients, and give them the guidance needed to run successful integration projects. You'll also partner with technology partners, helping them unlock value by connecting their solution to Talon.One.

This role is based in Berlin, Munich or London, with occasional travel (10-20% of your time).

ABOUT THE TEAM:

You'll join a 6-person Sales Engineering team in EMEA, part of a 14-person global SE org, reporting to our Head of Sales Engineering EMEA. We're shifting from fast, transactional deals toward deep, trust-based partnerships with accounts like the ones you'd recognize from retail and e-commerce, so this role exists specifically to give that shift the technical weight it needs.

ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:

Guide technology and agency partners through technical onboarding and training so they can launch their first Talon. One projects successfully

Develop integration blueprints and best-practice guidance to scale our partnerships enablement

Build and maintain demo environments, solution briefs, FAQs, and other technical assets for both partners and internal teams

Partner with Product, Customer Success, and partner GTM teams to define and standardize enablement processes and integration guidelines

Help the sales team choose the right integration pathway for a prospect, whether that's a connector, partner solution, or custom build, and create self-serve content to support it

Train Talon. One's Sales and Customer Success teams on partner connectors and GTM solutions

Represent partner needs internally and shape the roadmap for new integrations

Consult with partners directly on integration design, data flows, and technical architecture built for long-term scale

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

Bring 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Business Analyst consultant, ideally in commerce or customer engagement

Understand modern application architecture deeply, including REST APIs, microservices, and container deployment

Show experience navigating technically complex products that touch multiple departments, like Marketing, Tech, Loyalty, Procurement, Pricing, or Merchandising

Demonstrate a track record of long-tenured, relationship-driven work rather than fast quarterly deal cycles

Build consensus across technical and business stakeholders in large organizations

Explain complex technical ideas in plain, concise language to both technical and business audiences

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:

€1,000 annual learning budget and free German language courses to boost your skills

30 days of annual leave, plus extra paid days for your birthday and moving day

Home office setup budget, a monthly home office allowance

Freedom to work from abroad for up to 90 days worldwide!

Mental health support with nilo.health and a discounted Urban Sports Club membership

20% company subsidy on your pension contributions

Subsidised BVG public transport ticket and a dog-friendly Berlin office where your furry friend is welcome

Lease your ideal bike through BusinessBike
