Employment Type: Full Time, Tuesday - Saturday Schedule

Position Type: Base pay + Commission

Pay Range: $30,000 - $50,000 per year

What You’ll Do:

• •Greet customers with enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• •Assist customers in finding the right products to match their lifestyle and needs
• •Build lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service
• •Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately
• •Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
• •Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and product displays
• •Stay up to date with the latest trends in the industry
• •Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and efficient shopping environment

• •Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays
• •Prior experience is a plus but not required – we’ll train you!
