Key Responsibilities:

• •Assist mechanics and customers in selecting and purchasing needed parts and supplies.
• •Track all incoming and outgoing parts efficiently.
• •Issue parts and accessories to mechanics from the parts counter.
• •Source the best prices for parts using phone and internet resources.
• •Provide delivery service for parts orders using the company truck.
• •Maintain an attractive display of seasonal parts and accessories.
• •Organize files, reference books, and other paperwork related to the parts counter.
• •Manage the customer backorder file and master parts/price book.
• •Process and file repair orders accurately.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• •Parts counter/dealership experience is required.
• •Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds is preferred.
• •A friendly and customer-focused personality is a must!
• •Proficiency in computers and dealership systems.
• •Ability to work well in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
• •Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• •Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• •Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background check, MVR, and drug screen).
