Parts Counter Associate

Description

Gabrielli Truck Sales is currently seeking to fill a position in our Parts Department as a Parts Counter Associate.

Work Location : in person – Bristol, PA

Hours : Full Time - Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm with rotating Saturday (7am to 1pm) schedule

Expected Salary Range: $42K to $55K

Responsibilities:

• •Assisting customers with phone and in-person parts inquiries and orders
• •Working with our Service Department on shop parts needs
• •Monitoring email requests
• •Answering phones and emails promptly and professionally
• •Re-stocking the showroom when necessary
• •Arranging deliveries for phone orders with Shipping and Receiving

Requirements

• •Strong verbal and written communication skills
• •Customer service focused
• •Must be able to clearly communicate via telephone
• •Must be able to use web-based applications to find replacement parts
• •Must be willing to learn and retain information
• •Ability to follow directions
• •Valid Driver's License
• •Positive attitude
• •Will need to have the ability to sit, squat, bend, pull, and lift up to 50lbs
• •Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check, MVR & drug screen
