• Position Summary:
• As a Parts Counter Salesperson , you will assist customers and service technicians in locating and purchasing the correct automotive parts. Your role will be crucial in maintaining an efficient and well-stocked parts department while ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• •Assist customers and service technicians in identifying and selecting the correct vehicle parts.
• •Look up part numbers and availability in the inventory system.
• •Process parts sales transactions and provide accurate pricing and estimates.
• •Maintain an organized and well-stocked parts inventory.
• •Place orders for out-of-stock or special-order parts as needed.
• •Receive and inspect incoming shipments of parts, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• •Provide knowledgeable advice on parts compatibility and vehicle applications.
• •Handle customer inquiries and resolve any parts-related concerns in a professional manner.
• •Work closely with the service and sales departments to fulfill internal parts needs.
• •Previous experience in the automotive parts department or retail parts sales preferred.

Requirements

• •Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• •Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• •Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• •Proficiency with inventory and point-of-sale software.
• •Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• •Ability to lift/move heavy parts when necessary.
• •Valid driver’s license.
• •Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment.
