Position Summary

The Parts Inventory Clerk plays an important role in keeping our dealership operating efficiently. This position supports the parts, service, dealership, and wholesale departments by pulling, organizing, and replenishing inventory while providing excellent communication and service to internal and external customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• •Pull and fill parts orders accurately and efficiently.
• •Notify the Parts Manager of out-of-stock parts or shop supplies requiring immediate attention.
• •Prepare wholesale orders for delivery, ensuring all parts are properly tagged with customer names and job numbers.
• •Provide daily bin count results to the Parts Manager.
• •Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly stockroom.
• •Support the overall efficiency of the parts department and dealership operations.

Qualifications

• •One year of automotive parts or counter sales experience preferred.
• •Strong initiative and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• •Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• •Basic Microsoft Office knowledge and computer and internet proficiency.
• •General mathematics skills and strong attention to detail.
• •Excellent communication and organizational skills.
