Parts Runner / Shop Assistant

Super Service Today is looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Parts Runner / Shop Assistant to help keep our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical operations running efficiently. Responsibilities:

Pick up and deliver parts, equipment, and materials to technicians in the field.

Receive, inspect, organize, and stock incoming inventory.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse/shop environment.

Prepare materials and equipment for technicians' daily jobs.

Load and unload trucks with parts and equipment.

Assist with inventory counts and restocking supplies.

Coordinate with dispatch and warehouse staff to ensure technicians receive the correct parts on time.

Perform general shop maintenance and other warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Basic computer and smartphone skills.

Previous warehouse, delivery, parts runner, or shop experience is a plus.

HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or construction industry experience is preferred but not required.
