45 Hours: Monday-Friday 8.00-4.30/8.30 -5.00pm/ 9.30 -6pm Rota shift, Saturdays 8.00-13.00 rota

Salary: £33,393.00

• About the role
• We’re looking for a motivated Parts Sales Executive to join our TPS team. You’ll be responsible for driving sales, delivering outstanding customer service, and building strong, long-term relationships with trade customers.

Key responsibilities

Achieve sales targets and maximise revenue opportunities

Accurately identify and supply parts to meet customer needs

Promote products and identify upselling opportunities

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular contact

Deliver expert advice and a high level of customer service

Handle enquiries, orders, and customer issues professionally

Work closely with the wider team to meet business goals

About you

Previous sales or parts/distribution experience (or a fast-paced telesales environment)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Customer-focused with a proactive approach to sales

Good IT skills and attention to detail

A team player with a professional attitude
