  • Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen des öffentlichen Auftragsgebers
  • Angebotserstellung auf Basis von Preislisten oder Preisanfragen durch Fachabteilungen
  • Verrechnung und Auftragsbestandsmonitoring
  • Kundenkontakt im Rahmen der Ersatzteilbeschaffungen
  • Rückstandsverfolgung mit Kunden
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung in der Logistik oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik, After Sales oder ähnliche Qualifikationen
  • Branchenkenntnis im Bereich Nutzfahrzeuge und/oder militärische Fahrzeuge vorteilhaft
  • Kenntnisse der Auftragsabwicklung, insbesondere im Umgang mit SAP R3
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Programmen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
