Wir sind aktuell auf der Suche nach einer Patentanwaltsfachangestellte (m/w/d) Im Herzen von Düsseldorf zu direkter Vermittlung (direkte Einstellung/ Vertrag erfolgt beim Kunden).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Patentanmeldung bis hin zur Erteilung der jeweiligen Patentschutzrechte
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Einsprüchen
  • Bearbeitung der Eingangs- und Ausgangspost
  • Digitale und physische Aktenanlage, -pflege und -verwaltung
  • Selbstständiges führen der Korrespondenz mit Mandanten und Ämtern
  • Erfassung und Verwaltung relevanter Termine und Fristen

Ihr Profil:

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung zur Patentanwaltsfachangestellte (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im geforderten Bereich von Vorteil aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
