JOB SUMMARY

  • The PD Patient Care Officer at Fresenius Medical Care Korea is responsible for promoting and managing the company's products and services to medical professionals and patients.
  • This role is to build and maintain close relationships with patients, and to provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

KEY RESPOSIBILITIES

Patient Care and Business Development:

Identify and target potential customers within the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, and dialysis centers.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Provide ongoing support and education to customers regarding product usage and benefits.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and technical support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry conferences as required.
