Baystate Health is hiring Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) across multiple inpatient departments at Baystate Franklin Medical Center in Greenfield, MA !

The Patient Care Technician Will:

• •Provide compassionate patient care, assisting with daily activities, mobility, hygiene, and comfort.
• •Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and changes in patient condition.
• •Assist with patient safety, treatments, and procedures.
• •Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality care.

Schedule Details

• •Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time & Per Diem
• •Shift: Days, primarily 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
• •Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

Required Skills

• •High School Diploma or GED
• •BLS CPR Certification through the American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• •At least one year of patient care experience, including long-term care, specialty care, or acute care
• •PCT training or CNA training

No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.

$17.01 - $19.55 - $22.81
