Wave Dental Specialists Atlanta is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and experienced Patient Coordinator to join our growing team in the heart of Buckhead!

Our brand-new, state-of-the-art multispecialty dental practice offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside an amazing team of dental professionals in a modern, high-tech environment.

We're looking for someone who loves interacting with patients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating an exceptional patient experience from start to finish!

What You'll Do

• •Welcome patients with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
• •Manage patient scheduling, appointments, confirmations, and check-in/check-out.
• •Answer incoming calls and assist patients with questions and scheduling needs.
• •Verify dental insurance benefits and assist with insurance-related questions.
• •Present treatment plans, review financial arrangements, and help patients understand their payment options.
• •Assist patients with third-party financing options, including CareCredit, Cherry, and Sunbit.
• •Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records.
• •Collaborate with clinical teams across multiple dental specialties to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• •Help maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming front office.

What We're Looking For

• •Minimum 1 year of dental front office or patient coordinator experience required.
• •Experience with Open Dental strongly preferred.
• •Familiarity with CareCredit, Cherry, and Sunbit preferred.
• •Knowledge of dental insurance, treatment plans, and patient financing.
• •Friendly, positive, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• •Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• •Comfortable working in a busy, high-tech, multispecialty dental environment.
• •Dependable, team-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent patient care.

Requirements

Education and Training

• •High School Diploma or equivalent.
• •Minimum one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent of combination of education and experience.

FLSA Status: Hourly

Reports to: Operations Manager.
