What You'll Be Doing

Represent payroll operations throughout the PROPEL transformation initiative and provide subject matter expertise on payroll processes.

Participate in design workshops, process mapping sessions, and solution reviews to support future-state payroll operations.

Document business requirements, operational procedures, process flows, and payroll control.

Execute and support testing activities, including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and payroll parallel testing.

Analyze payroll calculations, taxes, deductions, earnings, and integrations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and business alignment.

Identify, document, track, and help resolve system defects, testing issues, and payroll discrepancies.

Partner with ADP, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to validate solutions, support integrations, and drive process improvements.

What Are We Looking For

5+ years of payroll operations experience in a complex, multi-state payroll environment, including payroll system implementations, conversions, or transformation initiatives.

Demonstrated experience with ADP payroll solutions and participation in implementation, conversion, optimization, or system enhancement projects.

Strong understanding of payroll tax, wage and hour, garnishment, and compliance requirements.

Experience supporting payroll testing, reconciliation, data validation, and issue resolution activities.

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Work Environment

Hybrid office environment with regular collaboration across Payroll, HR, IT, Finance, and external vendor teams.

Fast-paced project environment requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Frequent participation in testing sessions, workshops, process reviews, and project meetings.

Occasional travel may be required to support implementation activities, training sessions, and business initiatives.
