Payroll Analyst - Italy - (12 months contract), Payroll Italy

This role is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in the office.

• Key job responsibilities
• - Deliver end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries/entities
• - Execute and enhance payroll controls (Source to Gross, Gross to Net)
• - Complete standard accounting reconciliations
• - Resolve payroll queries
• - Support vendor relationships and performance management
• - Partner with Benefits, Compensation, Stock Options, HR, and Finance teams
• - Suggest process improvements using Six Sigma methodology
• - Support payroll components of strategic initiatives
• - Deliver on payroll part of country expansion projects
• - Contribute innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency
• - Upkeep of payroll processes and inventory ( SOPs, process maps etc.)
• - Raise blockers and issues senior analysts and managers

Basic qualifications

• - Excellent customer service orientation1+ year payroll/HR experience OR 3+ years professional experience (non-payroll /HR)
• - Fluency in English plus another EU language (Italian preferred)
• - Advanced user of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)
• - Strong analytical and statistical capabilities
• - Experience with root cause analysis
• - Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
