  • Aufgaben:
  • Pflege und Verwaltung entgeltrelevanter Daten in SAP unter Beachtung gesetzlicher und tariflicher Vorgaben
  • Vorbereitung der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnung für interne Mitarbeitende
  • Betreuung der betrieblichen Altersvorsorge und Steuerung der Zeitwirtschaft in SAP R/3
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen und Statistiken
  • Durchführung und Prüfung von Systemanpassungen inklusive Tests und gesetzlicher Updates
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Sozialversicherungsträgern undAnsprechpartner für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte bei abrechnungsrelevanten Themen
  • Profil:
  • Industriekaufmann, Kaufmann für Büromanagement, Weiterbildung zum Personalreferent mit Schwerpunkt Entgelt oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • langjährige Berufserfahrung in der operativen Entgeltabrechnung erforderlich
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse in Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerrecht
  • fundierter Umgang mit SAP R/3 und MS Office
  • Zahlenaffinität und analytisches Denkvermögen sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
