SUMMARY
The Payroll Administrator, HCS Field will support Healthcare Support Staffing by updating all payroll related data within in-house systems, accurately completing timesheet audits as well as other payroll duties, while also focusing on managing the payroll team's inbox researching issues and follow-up. Additional duties include ensuring timesheets submitted accurately and on time and work closely with HCS payroll leadership on various tasks. There may be some cross-brand duties with one or more of the other brands that are under the Ingenovis umbrella.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Update records of payroll transactions, such as employee withholding, direct deposits, etc. within in-house system per field staff’s request or onboarding system.
· Accurately review and/or enter field staff timesheets submitted within in-house system against customer payroll systems, paper timesheets, etc. to ensure accurate pay and bill.
· Monitor multiple Outlook inboxes daily and respond timely and professionally to internal and field staff.
· Research timesheet and payroll issues.
· Backup other payroll team members’ duties as needed/requested.
· Assist other team members with payroll on processing days.
· Collaborates with cross-functional teammates and leaders.
· Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with internal and field staff as well as external customers/clients, to promote a quality service image.
· Understand and utilize proper email etiquette with internal and field staff.
· Performs additional duties as requested by management
REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum education requirement is a High School Diploma. Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in accounting or business preferred.
- The minimum related experience required is 1 year, preferably in an in-house payroll processing environment.
- At least one (1) year experience in a healthcare and/or staffing environment or related experience is preferred.
- Knowledgeable of payroll related practices including taxes and withholding.
- Working knowledge and experience working within ADP WorkforceNow and Bullhorn/BTE preferred.
- Computer literate with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Good at following instructions and working independently.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational, and time management skills are necessary.
- Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor during high stress situations.
- Effective prioritization & multi-tasking skills and the ability to work in fast-paced environment with the objective of meeting company performance expectations.
- Ability to develop and maintain business relationships.
- Ability to use tact, discretion/confidentiality, and independent judgment to analyze and resolve work problems.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Ability to use sensory skills to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through use of the telephone, email, video conference and face to face contact
- Ability to use manual dexterity, visual acuity and hearing acuity to effectively use and operate office related equipment such as but not limited to a computer, copier, scanner, camera, phone, headset, keyboard and mouse
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time at a keyboard and workstation with low periods of reaching and standing
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Compensation Range
$18.27 - $22.40
Benefits include: health, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, company-paid life insurance, 401K with discretionary match, paid time off, paid parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
