Für einen spannenden Kunden aus der Defence-Branche bin ich aktuell auf der Suche nach mehreren Payroll Specialists (m/w/d) – jeweils drei Positionen in Unterlüß und in Düsseldorf .

  • Einsatzzeitraum: ab sofort, 18 Monate
  • Auslastung: Vollzeit
  • Einsatzort: Düsseldorf ODER Unterlüß (Niedersachsen)
  • Remoteanteil: nach Absprache
  • Skill Level: Senior

Aufgaben

  • Durchführung der Entgeltabrechnung unter Berücksichtigung von Tarif-, Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht (SAP)
  • Betreuung interner Kunden im Payroll-Bereich
  • Pflege von Stamm- und Abrechnungsdaten in SAP & SuccessFactors
  • Bearbeitung von Melde- und Bescheinigungsverfahren
  • Führung der digitalen Personalakten

Anforderungen

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung und mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung
  • Kenntnisse in SAP HCM (wünschenswert) und MS Office
  • Idealerweise Weiterbildung zum Entgeltabrechner (m/w/d)
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und diskrete Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
