Aufgabengebiet

  • Ansprechpartner für alle Fragestellungen rund um die betriebliche Altersversorgung (bAV).
  • -Verwaltung, Pflege und Abstimmung von bAV-Verträgen sowie Kommunikation mit Versorgungsträgern und externen Dienstleistern.
  • -Sicherstellung der Einhaltung steuer-, sozialversicherungs- und arbeitsrechtlicher Vorgaben.
  • -Erstellung von Auswertungen, Statistiken und Reports für HR und Management.
  • -Unterstützung bei Jahresabschlussarbeiten sowie bei Betriebs- und Sozialversicherungsprüfungen.
  • -Mitarbeit an der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Payroll- und HR-Prozessen.
  • -Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen, externen Beratern und Behörden.

Anforderungsprofil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • -Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt betriebliche Altersversorgung.
  • -Gute Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer-, Sozialversicherungs- und Arbeitsrecht.
  • -Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängigen Payroll- und HR-Systemen.
  • -Strukturierte, sorgfältige und dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • -Hohe Zahlenaffinität sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
  • -Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie solide Englischkenntnisse.
