Aufgabengebiet

  • Sie führen die monatliche Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung eigenständig durch.
  • -Sie sind Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende und Behörden bei abrechnungsrelevanten Fragen.
  • -Sie pflegen und verwalten die Stammdaten im Abrechnungssystem infoniqa.
  • -Sie erstellen Berichte und Auswertungen für interne und externe Zwecke.
  • -Sie unterstützen bei der Umsetzung von gesetzlichen und tariflichen Änderungen.
  • -Sie arbeiten eng mit der Personalabteilung zusammen und unterstützen in administrativen Aufgaben.
  • Anforderungsprofil
  • Das bringen Sie mit:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • -Erfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung, idealerweise in einem Industrieunternehmen.
  • -Sicherer Umgang mit Abrechnungssystemen (bestenfalls infoniqa) und MS Office, insbesondere Excel.
  • -Kenntnisse im Steuer-, Sozialversicherungs- und Arbeitsrecht.
  • -Sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Diskretion im Umgang mit sensiblen Daten.

Vergütungspaket

  • Zwei Tage Homeoffice pro Woche nach der Einarbeitung.
  • -Unbefristete Anstellung in Teilzeit.
